Sue Booth was at the club to demonstrate holding position.

For the second month running we had an upsurge in numbers attending, this month there were 20 of us, including one new member.

Sue started by talking about many and various shapes and patterns you can knit using holding position, or partial knitting.  This included geometric designs

which can be seen on her table here, and interesting garment ideas, including knitting sleeve tops this way, which makes for an easier knit and neater seam!

She then spent the rest of the meeting demonstrating anything the members wanted to see [which was a lot!]

And, finally, members were able to buy patterns from her husband, which they did!

Thanks so much to Sue, who had fitted us in in her very busy schedule this month!
