This was a club meeting without an outside speaker, but Pat led a discussion on future plans,  Lynda showed the new website, and Brenda showed us how to line a jacket.

She showed us how to lay the pieces on the lining, allowing plenty of ease, as the knitting will stretch and the lining does not.

Pat and Fran look at a jacket Brenda made and lined some time ago.  She pointed out the advantages of having a lining.  Apart from the appearance, it is easier to put on and take off, as it does not catch on knitted garments.

Then members enjoyed the annual strawberry tea, and discussed future plans.  Kath, Brenda and Fran are pictured here.
