Amidst steadily worsening weather conditions, these workshops went ahead. The first one on Friday 3rd was near Tamworth, and, by the time I arrived there [lunchtime] the participants were beavering away using Iris’s excellent workshop notes. She was equally busy helping individuals and demonstrating techniques.
On Saturday it was the turn of the Crick workshop, and, with the threat of snow, it was to everyone’s credit [especially including Iris] that we had a full turnout. Again, there was much application, little noise, and lots of learning taking place.
Iris then went on to Nottingham on Sunday, after the snow had fallen!
